| Antique Auctions
Specialised sales of antique and later furnishings and effects are held
quarterly at our Rothbury Auction Centre. These large and important sales
include many interesting collectors items and regularly attract buyers
from the whole of the United Kingdom.
The Sales are advertised nationally and on our website and sale
inventories and images of selected items are always available prior to the
sale happening.
We are able to give expert advice on the dispersal of complete estates
and are happy to arrange a total or part house clearance on request.
Individuals wishing to offer selected items for sale are advised to
prepare a list of the items and forward this to us so that we can advise
if the items are acceptable and when the next available sale will
be. Please note we no longer accept any upholstered furniture (i.e.
beds, three piece suites etc) or electrical items.
We can arrange haulage for those unable to transport their goods to the
saleroom at an additional cost.
As well as the above we offer a complete Valuation service.
Valuations for inheritance tax purposes, insurance or simply a guide
before selling can be professionally and discretely carried out on
request.
